One Mid-South couple has lost their home just two days after Christmas, and two weeks before their baby is due.

Firefighters responded to the blaze around 5:30 Thursday morning at 33 North Tucker.

Lee Haines' family escaped with their lives, but lost almost everything else.

"Tell ya the truth my mind's twisting right now, I don't know, right now I'm just worried about my family trying to get things out and moving on," said Haines.

A Facebook page has been created to help replenish the clothing and supplies for Haines, his girlfriend, and their young child and new baby.

One post said, "Gift cards and cash would be the biggest help as they first need a place to live and have no where right now I saw Lorin earlier and she is so grateful and reminds me 9 people in all are affected it was not just her apartment and we will see everyone gets some help."

The page already has hundred of likes. You can visit the Facebook page and help here.
