The Lost Pizza Company expands to Midtown | Restaurants
A popular Mississippi pizza joint will soon make its debut in midtown Memphis.
Lost Pizza Company was founded by two close friends in the small delta town of Indianola, Mississippi almost six years ago. Brooks Roberts and Preston Lott did not have big intentions, but just to open a cool pizza restaurant with high quality, quick service, affordable food and a delta blues meets funky and old school atmosphere. Their concept quickly began to grow, with several people looking for franchise opportunities with Lost Pizza.
The Lost Pizza Company now operates under the name of JJ Brothers LLC. It currently has six locations in Mississippi, from Starkville to as far north as Southaven. Now, brothers Will and Jones McPherson are working full time to bring the chain to Memphis and growing The Lost Pizza Company throughout the southeast.
The new location is currently undergoing renovations at the former home of Memphis's Ronnie Grisanti's restaurant in the Chickasaw Crossing Shopping center on Poplar Avenue. The owners say they will follow some of the restaurants in Overton Square & Cooper Young, offering high quality foods while creating an atmosphere where people want to come hang out, eat, drink and enjoy the atmosphere.
