Last August, a Midtown home in the 1100 block of Vance was broken into by two men according to the Shelby County Sheriff's office.
The men stole $500 in cash, a Cricket cellphone, a Microsoft Xbox, a Rolex watch and a Sony television after tying up the homeowner and forcing him to remain in a bedroom.
The victim of the robbery was unable to name a culprit until November, when he identified one of the robbers as Preston Wright.
On Nov. 7, a warrant was issued for Wright’s arrest.
Wright - who has a criminal history with marijuana, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, aggravated burglary and other criminal activity - was arrested Thursday.
He will be facing indictment in court. His bond is set at $30,000.
