Police: Man pulls gun in drive-thru over missing chicken wings
In the fast food industry, a dissatisfied customer can be an employee's worst nightmare. Especially if they are anything like a man who reportedly threatened a local drive-thru cashier with a gun.
According to the police report, Antonius Hart, Jr., 19, drove up to the Jack Pirtles Chicken on Jackson Avenue with his father Antonius Hart, 45, in the passenger seat of the truck. They pulled up to the drive-thru window, ordered chicken and left.
Shortly after, the cashier realized she left an order of chicken wings out of the customers' order.
The father and son returned to the drive-thru window. According to the cashier, the two men were angry about their missing chicken.
After the cashier offered to give the men the forgotten wings, they demanded more food since they had to drive back. That is when Antonius Hart raised an AK-47 style pistol to show he had a gun.
Out of fear of the weapon being used on her and other co-workers, the cashier called the police.
