Meet your neighbors at VECA's Fall Fest | Community Spirit

For the second year in a row, the Vollintine Evergreen Community is hosting Fall Fest.   It's a time for residents to gather on their streets and meet their neigbors. More than 300 people participated in the inaugural Fall Fest last year. 

Organizers say an email to neighbors on your street is a great place to start. Follow up with a simple flyer on your neighbors’ doors for those who may not receive email.

Alert the neighbors of the date/time, where on the street to meet, and what food treats to bring. Let them know who to talk to if they have questions.

Having activities handy for the children is helpful... (Frisbee, sidewalk chalk, bean bag toss, etc.).
