Revid Property Management was founded in 2004 by Brandon Kamm and Chris Brown with the goal of providing the Memphis area with a one stop shop to service all of a property owners real estate needs.

During the two years following its creation, Revid experienced a moderate progression of growth with the primarily goal of developing an overall plan rather than pursuing expansion in the volume of units under management. In 2005 Revid Realty was founded with the goal of providing a brokerage service to management clients as well as offering residential real estate services to property owners in the Memphis area.

Revid Design was formed in 2007 to assist in rehabilitation and renovation of homes and apartments in the Memphis area. This allowed an expansion in to management and brokerage of distressed and value added properties in the Memphis area.

Over the past 8 years Revid has grown into a full service brokerage and property management company that assists clients with all aspects of their real estate needs.
